Microsoft SharePoint Course Options

Level 1

Courses are aimed at the novice user of that application. They may have used the application for some time; had no formal training, and don't fully understand the application and what it can achieve. They want to become more proficient when interacting with the application.

Level 2

Aimed at the user who needs to build on current experience and wants to learn more advanced functions. An understanding of basic functionality is preferable.

Level 3

This level is aimed at the more advanced user who has had formal training at lower levels and wants to widen their knowledge of the more advanced features.

Workshop

The workshop is aimed at a group of delegates who need help and support on a particular project. Generally a workshop is organised on a daily basis with a view to facilitating a particular training requirement.

Surgery

Another option is a Microsoft IT Surgery held at your place of work. It can be managed like a floor walking excercise or can be undertaken in a training room environment.
